It’s not often I get the chance to make a pair of shoes that isn’t for a customer. I managed to get myself a free weekend and then it started to rain so I figured, screw it, time to make something for myself. These, I hope, are pretty obviously dedicated to the invading species of Aliens from the movie Mars Attacks who come here in peace, they promise…. I am really happy with how these came out, I used a combination of my Robot Arm pattern and my Carnage print to help pull together the theme with the Alien Ambassadors belt logo on the side of the toe box. The silver swoosh and heel tab are reflective of their spacecraft and their striking brains run all the way up the heel, finally the back tab on each shoe is red to match the tanks on their backs. I hope you guys like them as much as I do!
