I have teamed up again to create a pair of boots for one of the best players in the AFL. Sam Mitchell of Hawthorn Football club plays his 300th game this week and I designed a boot to present him to commemorate this achievement.
The colorway of the boots is centered around their Alternate jersey so there is a strong gold and silver base to the design. Featured in gold detailing are the names of Sams children on the medial side, the laterals each have 2 AFL Premiership Cups to represent his 4 wins and his jersey number 5 sits on the tongue. To finish off the design I added the 300 to the heels and contrasted all that metallic with some nice bold black panels and laces to bring it all together.
