As you guys know, designing a sneaker around a character is definitely my favorite type of custom and that’s no different on this occasion. The Sorceress is a character from Masters of the Universe, a show I used to love as a kid and although the design isn’t overly complicated I think it really captures her costume well.
The orange of her feathers is a few shades darker than the the lace and toe box panels and the metallic Swoosh lifts the Swoosh above the darker blue feathers with a nice metallic shine. My favorite parts of the sneaker are the way the headdress perfectly fits on the tongue and the way that when the heels of the shoes are matched together it appears like she is opening up her wings. These were made for a good mates partner so I had to make sure I did them right, I am really happy with the outcome.
